BACB-compliant group and individual supervision for BCBA trainees — structured unrestricted-hour activities, real feedback, and documentation done right, led by a practicing BCBA.
First cohort starts Monday, October 5 · Founding rate locked for as long as you stay enrolled.
Sound familiar?
Your supervisor cancels, rushes, or signs off without watching you work. Your hours count on paper — your skills don't grow.
You're stuck doing direct implementation with no plan to hit your unrestricted percentage before your target exam date.
Contracts, monthly verification forms, audits — one paperwork mistake can invalidate months of fieldwork.
The founding cohort
Built to satisfy BACB fieldwork requirements and to make you a better clinician — not just to sign your forms.
Small-group sessions (max 8 trainees) counting toward your supervised hours — case reviews, role-plays, and task-list deep dives.
Individual time focused on your cases, your competencies, and your exam timeline.
Supervision contract, monthly verification forms, and documentation systems set up correctly from day one.
A structured library of assessment, program-design, and analysis activities so your unrestricted percentage stays on track.
Founding rate
Typical 1:1 supervision runs $100–150 per hour. Founding members keep this rate for as long as they stay enrolled.
Your supervisor
Shay is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who spent several years as an RBT before earning her certification — she's run the sessions, taken the data, and lived the exact fieldwork grind she now supervises. Her path into behavior analysis started at home: as the mom of an autistic son, she knows what quality ABA looks like from both sides of the table, and she brings that standard to every trainee she supervises. Her style is simple — honest feedback, real skill-building, zero ghosting.

Questions
Yes. The BACB allows a portion of your supervised hours to occur in small-group format. Your monthly 1:1 session covers the individual requirement, and we track both so you stay compliant.
Yes — many trainees add outside supervision because workplace supervision is inconsistent or doesn't cover unrestricted activities. We'll coordinate documentation on the fit call.
Supervision is delivered via telehealth and BACB fieldwork supervision is not state-restricted, so trainees anywhere in the U.S. can enroll. We'll confirm your situation on the fit call.
The next cohort opens at the standard rate. Founding members keep their rate for as long as they stay enrolled.
